These terms apply to Tracy Community Church Texts (the "Program"), the text messaging program operated by Tracy Community Church First Assembly of God ("we," "us," "the Church"). By opting in, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program description
Tracy Community Church Texts sends informational text messages only. When you opt in, you may receive recurring messages about:
- Customer support and replies to questions you send us
- Account and registration updates, such as confirmations and changes to events you signed up for
- Giving receipts and updates about your giving account
We do not send promotional or marketing messages through this Program.
2. How you opt in
You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website or forms, completing a connect card that includes the SMS consent statement, or texting START to (209) 835-2755. The SMS consent box is never pre-checked and is separate from any other agreement. Consent is not a condition of attendance, membership, giving or any purchase.
After you opt in, you will receive one confirmation text: "Tracy Community Church Texts: You're subscribed to support and account updates from Tracy Community Church First Assembly of God. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
3. How you opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to (209) 835-2755. You will receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To rejoin, reply START.

5. Message frequency, timing and costs
Message frequency varies based on your activity and requests. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan. We send messages only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time, except direct replies to messages you send us.
6. Carrier liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
7. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or 13 to 17 with the permission of a parent or guardian. You must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the mobile number. If you change or give up your number, please reply STOP first.
8. Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued participation means you accept the updated terms.
