- Your SMS consent, the date and method of opt-in, and opt-out requests

- To send the support and account update messages you requested
- To respond to your questions and provide pastoral or ministry care

SMS and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your SMS opt-in information and consent are never sold, rented or shared with anyone for their own use.
The only exception is service providers that help us run the program, such as our text messaging platform. They receive only what they need to deliver messages and may not use it for any other purpose.
Other sharing
Online gifts are processed by a third-party payment processor, which receives the payment details needed to complete your gift. Card numbers are handled by the processor, not stored by us. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
Our website may use cookies to keep it working and to understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any text from (209) 835-2755 to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Data retention
We keep contact and messaging records while you are subscribed. We keep records of your consent and opt-out for up to four years after you opt out, so we can honor your request and meet legal obligations. Giving records are kept as long as required for tax purposes.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our SMS program is for people 18 or older, or 13 to 17 with the permission of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 for our SMS program.
